Data protection in Morocco
We design projects with the principles of Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data in mind, including purpose limitation, data minimization and security. Where personal data is involved, we will discuss your obligations, including any declarations to the CNDP, as part of scoping.
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. If your project requires specific standards, we will discuss them openly at the start.
